apartamento recien reformado en marina de la duquesa con impresionantes vistas al mar, con dos baños, una cocina americana con isla, un salón amplio que da a una terraza con vistas al mar. la vivienda tiene internet, varios canales internacionales, 4 piscinas, 2 pistas de pádel, gimnasio pequeño, acceso directo al mar desde los jardines comunitarios y a solo unos minutos andando del puerto. desde la zona común, se puede acceder al paseo marítimo y a solo 10 minutos andando de sabinillas y El Castillo de la Duquesatambién tiene una plaza de parking con acceso directo a los ascensores.

Firstly, I am rating service poorly because we left the property a week ago and our deposit has still not been returned.
There were two vacuum cleaners, one of which required charging but there was no visible means of charging it, the other simply ver más

There were two vacuum cleaners, one of which required charging but there was no visible means of charging it, the other simply didn't work at all. This left one not very effective brush. This made keeping the floors clean very difficult. The living room furniture is so soft that my disabled wife need assistance to get up from it. Most kitchen knives are blunt, not a problem as experience has taught us to bring a sharp knife with us. |

The kitchen is well equipped with all the crockery, glass ware and utensils you could need. The veranda is stunning, overlooking the marina, with luxury rattan furniture and cushions.

The only small disappointment is that there is no bbq on the balcony and the sofa back is broken and needs repair but it is still perfectly useable, just stands out in such a freshly renovated space.

Also The position of the complex was very good in the town .

Honestly, we are always a little sceptical when booking apartments on line.
This one blew us away !
The location is amazing with fantastic views and only 2 minutes walk to bars & restaurants & beech.
