Bien situada en primera línea de playa, a un minuto del puerto deportivo y cerca del campo de gol La Duquesa y todo tipo de comodidades, la urbanización Marina Duquesa cuenta con todo lo que puede desear: cuatro piscinas, dos pistas de pádel, acceso directo a la playa, seguridad 24 horas, plaza de garaje, gimnasio, entre otros.Cuenta con internet prepago no válido para streaming.La zona también es conocida por sus numerosos campos de golf como Valderrama, Sotogrande, San Roque, Finca Cortesin y la Duquesa.Nuestro apartamento en segunda planta tiene dos dormitorios, dos baños, una cocina equipada, un salón con salida a una soleada terraza con vistas a las piscinas y el mar.
